Milford Marina, Pembrokeshire

A mixed-use development around the quayside of Milford Marina comprising 154 shop, offices, restaurant and residential suites. Pembrokeshire has been described as “the new Cornwall” in terms of its spectacular coastline and attractions to visitors .

Located within an Enterprise Zone, we structured the individual sales to allow clients to obtain tax relief on the purchases.

The total value of the project is in excess of £18 million and all of the units have been pre-sold. Five of the seven buildings that make up the development have now been completed and the last two are due to be completed by December 2006/early 2007.

A further marina development is planned within The Haven, Pembrokeshire, close to Milford Haven to comprise approximately 120 houses and apartments, ancillary leisure and retail and 250 marina berths
