Milford Marina, Pembrokeshire

A mixed-use development around the quayside of Milford Marina comprising 154 shop, offices, restaurant and residential suites. Pembrokeshire has been described as “the new Cornwall” in terms of its spectacular coastline and attractions to visitors .

Located within an Enterprise Zone, Allied Land structured the individual sales to allow clients to obtain tax relief on the purchases.

All of the units were pre-sold and the seven buildings have been completed. This completes the regeneration of the port as a leisure marina.

The development has attracted many new businesses to the town and is a tourism attraction for visitors to the area.
