Allied Land is undertaking the development of The Paragon House and Swn Y Don, a high quality residential project in a picturesque setting located overlooking the main beach area Tenby, Pembrokeshire.

The project comprises the conversion of two adjacent listed properties into 7 luxury apartments overlooking the south beach in this popular seaside resort. Works are underway with completion due December 2006 and sales are already being achieved at the asking prices.
