The portfolio ranges from residential, through retail and commercial to industrial. Currently £75m worth of projects are in varying stages from inception to recently complete.
Our most recent projects include:
A mixed-use development around the quay side of Milford Marina comprising 154 shops, offices, restaurants and residential suites. Pembrokeshire has been described as "the new Cornwall" in the terms of its spectacular coastline and attractions for visitors.
The conversion of two adjacent listed properties into luxury apartments in a picturesque setting located opposite to the main beach area in Tenby.
Within this coastal town in an established residential area. The project comprises the conversion and extension of a locally listed property into 12 residential apartments.
The conversion of an historic listed, Workhouse building into apartments. Planning and listed building consents have been obtained and works have recently been completed.
Castle Pill Marina, Pembrokeshire
A 12 Acre Site has been acquired and planning secured for a leisure marina and residential project within one of the largest natural harbours in the UK. It is anticipated that up to 200 houses and 250 berths will be created.
Pembroke Town Centre
Allied Land has been selected by Pembrokeshire County Council to undertake the development of a mixed use project next to Pembroke castle, one of the most important heritage sites in Wales. The project comprises quayside retail and commercial units, residential apartments and a new public square.
The appointment of Allied Land for this sensitive project was largely on the basis of its demonstrated commitment to close liason with various local community groups, design and heritage authorities, the County Council and Welsh Assembly Government.
Other Previous industrial and commercial projects include a 14 acre business park in Lancashire, a 30 acre business park in Tampa, Florida and an extensive list of other developments.
