What We Do

Allied Land Plc heads a group of Property Development, Property Investment and Investment Management Companies. Formed in 1984 as a property investment specialist, the group has since expanded to undertake a broad range of property related activities. We identify opportunities where we believe we can add value by using our property and finance skills.

Allied Land structures opportunities for individuals, companies and pension funds to participate in its development and investment activities on a project by project basis.

The group has funded and developed over 30 projects to date, comprising approximately 1.2million sq ft with a total value of approximately £75 million. The developments undertaken include residential, mixed use, commercial and industrial projects throughout the United Kingdom and overseas

We aim to structure opportunities in the most financially beneficial manner for private equity clients to participate in the group’s investment and development projects. Syndicated investments and developments have also been undertaken in California and Florida, USA.

Allied Land has the support of an experienced management team that has shown itself capable of successfully delivering complex and challenging projects as part of its portfolio, but also acting on behalf of clients.
