The executive team at Allied Land has extensive experience in successfully undertaking a wide range of property developments.

It has the support of an experienced management team that has shown itself capable of successfully delivering complex and challenging projects as part of its portfolio but also acting on behalf of clients.

The main contacts are:

Steven Rogers - Director

Possesses a breadth of knowledge amassed over 24 years experience in the property development and investment sectors working with leading property groups including Arlington Securities, London & Regional Properties and Allied Land. Experienced in the development of regeneration projects, city centre office headquarters, major infrastructure projects, numerous strategic business parks and mixed-use developments.

Particular examples of projects led by Steven include:

Farnborough Aerospace Centre, Hants
A 650,000 sq ft business campus developed for British Aerospace Plc, and voted Business Development of the Year.
The works were completed under a single Design and Build contract of approximately £100 million within 18 months, on time and within budget.

Diageo Plc, West London
A 190,000 sq ft bespoke headquarters building in west London for the leading international drinks company, winner of seven awards including Business Development of the Year.

David Peck (MBA) - Director

Over 17 years experience within the property industry, and has gained extensive professional expertise and knowledge. When working for Hambros Bank led property businesses through the recession of the early 1990’s developing them into thriving operations. In 2000 completed an international MBA to further his business expertise before joining Allied Land Plc as Director

Milford Haven Marina

Development Director of this 100,000 sq ft marina development. Seven buildings incorporating 152 Suites were all sold off plan to investors in an £18 million innovative funding initiative.

Sourced new businesses including coffee shops, restaurants, delicatessens, quality clothes shops and hair salons, creating a vibrant, thriving community in this long-term neglected brownfield site.

The success of this regeneration project has had a profound and positive effect on the town.
