A 14 acre commercial business park adjacent to the M65 acquired and developed by us to include major facilities for Chapman Papers and Karrimor. Properties were purchased by our individual and corporate clients to utilise the Capital Allowances available

Altham Industrial Estate, Lancashire

A 60,000 sq ft industrial/distribution development undertaken with the benefit of a leaseback to the local authority. Individual units were purchased by investors who took advantage of Capital Allowances to maximise the return from the investment.

Clydebank Business Park, Glasgow

A 20,000 sq ft office development in an attractive business park location. The project was structured to enable investors to achieve additional returns by utilising tax relief.

Kilbowie Road, Galsow

A 24,000 sq ft retail and commercial development adjacent to a major shopping mall including a pre-letting to the Bank of Scotland.

Thompson Centre, Florida

A 30 acre 450,000 sq ft commercial development close to Tampa International Airport, Florida. Following acquisition by us this was developed in a joint venture with a local developer and financed by a syndicate of our investors. Following successful letting the investment was sold to a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
